Do you need access to water and power?
We bring our own water (up to 50 gallons) and portable power equipment. We can work in underground garages, parking lots, or valet areas without issue.
How do you coordinate with our staff?
We assign you a dedicated account manager who coordinates directly with your property manager, valet supervisor, or fleet coordinator. We adapt to your existing processes.
What if we need to cancel or reschedule?
Just give us 24 hours notice and we'll reschedule at no charge. We understand business needs change.
Do you provide certificates of insurance?
Yes. We carry $2M general liability insurance and can add your property or business as additionally insured at no extra cost. We provide COI within 24 hours.
Can residents/guests book and pay directly?
Absolutely. We can set up online booking specifically for your property where guests or residents book and pay us directly. You get commission if desired, or offer it as a free amenity.
