Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Ale's Mobile Detailing ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a mobile car detailing business operating in Miami-Dade and Broward County, Florida. By booking a service, submitting a quote request, or communicating with us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Ale's Mobile Detailing provides mobile car detailing services including but not limited to exterior detailing, interior detailing, ceramic coating, paint correction, headlight restoration, engine bay cleaning, and ongoing maintenance memberships. All services are performed at the customer's location (home, condo, office, or other agreed-upon location) using our self-contained equipment, water supply, and power.

Service pricing is provided as a starting estimate and may vary based on vehicle size, condition, and specific requirements. Final pricing is confirmed before work begins. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the vehicle condition differs significantly from what was described at booking.

2. Booking and Scheduling

Appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. Same-day appointments are available based on availability. We will confirm your appointment date, time, and service details via text or phone call prior to the appointment.

You are responsible for ensuring adequate access to your vehicle at the scheduled time, including any building, gate, or valet coordination required. If we cannot access the vehicle at the scheduled time due to circumstances within your control, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

We understand plans change. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee at our discretion. No-shows without prior communication may be charged a fee up to 50% of the scheduled service price.

4. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in advance. We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, Zelle, Venmo, Apple Pay, and other digital payment methods. For memberships, payment is charged on a recurring monthly basis according to the plan selected.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not completely satisfied with the results, notify us at the time of service completion and we will address the issue on the spot at no additional cost. If we cannot resolve the issue to your satisfaction during the appointment, contact us within 48 hours and we will schedule a complimentary correction visit or provide a refund at our discretion.

6. Liability and Insurance

Ale's Mobile Detailing carries $2,000,000 in general liability insurance. We take every precaution to protect your vehicle, property, and surroundings during service. However, we are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage, defects, or conditions not caused by our services (including but not limited to existing scratches, paint chips, clear coat failure, rust, mechanical issues, or prior improper repairs)
  • Damage caused by defective aftermarket parts, modifications, or improperly installed accessories (including wraps, tint, PPF, or aftermarket trim that was not properly adhered)
  • Personal items left in the vehicle
  • Damage to property not related to the vehicle being serviced

We document the vehicle's condition with photographs before beginning work. If you believe damage occurred during our service, please notify us immediately so we can inspect and resolve the matter.

7. Vehicle Condition and Disclosure

You agree to disclose any known issues with your vehicle that may affect the detailing process, including but not limited to: existing paint damage, loose trim or moldings, aftermarket modifications, paint protection film (PPF) condition, ceramic coating status, vinyl wrap condition, and any areas of concern. Failure to disclose known issues may limit our liability for related damage.

8. Products and Safety

All products used by Ale's Mobile Detailing are pH-neutral, non-toxic, biodegradable, and safe for direct skin contact, children, pets, and allergy-sensitive passengers. We do not use products containing volatile organic compounds (VOCs), ammonia, bleach, or artificial fragrances unless specifically requested. Fragrance-free detailing is available upon request.

Our self-contained setup uses our own water supply (up to 50 gallons of filtered water) and portable power. We do not connect to your building's water or electrical systems. All runoff is contained with absorbent mats and our products are safe for soil, landscaping, and storm drains.

9. SMS and Communication Policy

By providing your phone number and opting in to SMS communications on our website, you consent to receive text messages from Ale's Mobile Detailing. This section describes our SMS messaging program in full.

Program description: Ale's Mobile Detailing operates an SMS messaging program to communicate with customers about their detailing services. Messages may include:

  • Appointment confirmations and reminders
  • Quote responses and pricing information
  • Service updates and follow-ups
  • Promotional offers and seasonal specials (only if you opted in to marketing messages)

Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. Typically 1–5 messages per month for active customers. Promotional messages are sent no more than 4 times per month.

Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply. Ale's Mobile Detailing does not charge for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging rates apply. Please contact your carrier for details about your messaging plan.

Opt-out: You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. You will receive a single confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out and will not receive further SMS communications unless you re-subscribe. Opting out of SMS does not affect your ability to use our services.

Consent: Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any service from Ale's Mobile Detailing. You may request a quote, book a service, and use our website without opting in to SMS communications. Consent is collected via an unchecked, optional checkbox on our website forms.

No third-party sharing: We do not sell, share, rent, or distribute your phone number, SMS consent status, or opt-in data to any third parties for marketing or any other purpose.

Carrier liability disclaimer: Ale's Mobile Detailing is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages due to factors outside our control, including but not limited to carrier network issues, device incompatibility, changes to your phone number, or carrier filtering. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Service availability and message delivery are subject to your carrier's network coverage and policies.

Supported carriers: Our SMS program is designed to work with all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. However, not all carriers guarantee delivery of all message types, and carrier policies may affect message delivery.

10. Age Restriction

Our services and SMS messaging program are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. By using our services, submitting a quote request, or opting in to SMS communications, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information or SMS consent from individuals under the age of 18. If we become aware that someone under 18 has provided personal information or opted in to our SMS program, we will promptly delete that information and revoke consent.

11. Membership Terms

Maintenance memberships are available on a monthly, bi-weekly, or weekly basis. Memberships are billed on a recurring monthly cycle. There are no contracts and no cancellation fees β€” you may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us before your next billing date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Membership visits include a full detail service as described in your plan. Unused visits do not roll over to the following month. Membership pricing is subject to change with 30 days' advance notice.

12. Promotions and Offers

Promotional offers, discounts, and special pricing are valid only for the terms specified in the promotion. Promotions cannot be combined with other offers or membership pricing unless explicitly stated. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue promotions at any time.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, social media, and marketing materials β€” including text, images, logos, and designs β€” is the property of Ale's Mobile Detailing and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our written permission.

14. Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for detailed information about how we collect, use, and protect your personal information, including specific details about SMS data handling and your rights.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ale's Mobile Detailing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from a service shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific service.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
